Part design
We start from your idea, sketch or drawing and design a part optimised for rotational moulding.

Modelling and mould
We model the part in 3D, validate prototypes with 3D printing and develop the mould through to final set-up.

Rotational moulding
We produce hollow, one-piece parts with no joints, in the right polyethylene for each application.

Finishing and inspection
We finish parts in our grinding and carpentry workshops, assemble them and check every piece before delivery.
